  • Technical Outcome – Passing and Receiving or Dribbling and Turning.
  • Sub-Outcome – Decision Making, Awareness
  • Set Up: Ensure there is one extra gate more than the amount of pair. e.g. 12 players, 6 pairs, 7 gates.
  • Players aim to pass or dribble the ball through the gates placed out randomly on the pitch.
  • A points system can be introduced by the coach e.g. first to 50
  • The Central gate can be worth more.
