- 4v4+3 (directional 20×15).
- Technical Outcome – Passing and Receiving.
- Sub-outcomes – Decision making, support, transition.
- 4 attacking players stand around the outer edge of the box, 4 players protect the centre with 3 neutral players (2 at the end and 1 central).
- Aim is to transfer the ball from one end to the other.
- On transition the team in possession aim to retain and then teams will swap positions.
- Players in possession should think about patentee in possession and ball speed in order to penetrate, break lines and transfer the ball to the other end.
- Players out of possession are underloaded so should think about timing of press, press and cover and retaining possession in the transition.
