• Game starts 1v0 and the blue player gets a free shot (coach can chase down to apply feeling of pressure), red player dribbles in to attack 1v1 as soon as the previous ball is considered ‘dead’.
  • After the 1v1 has played out, a blue player passes into blue and joins in 2v1.
  • Once the 2v1 has played out a red player passes in and plays 2v2.
  • Make sure both teams get a chance to be over/underloaded.
  • *area size flexible on intended outcomes and player ability

    Alternatives/Progressions:

    • Into end zones rather than goals if GKs are not available
    • Goals scored when underloaded are worth 2 goals rather than just 1
